使用 CentOS 源更新你的 RHEL5

最近需要在 RHEL 上安装 KVM，但是 RHEL 上安装需要额外的 Extra CD，还是 yum 直接安装方便。但是我们不是 RHEL 的付费用户啊。在网上 Google 一下找到好多方法，无外乎修改为 CentOS 源，更新 yum，导入 Key。以下是我找到并试验下来最简单的方法。

• 在 /etc/yum.repos.d/ 目录下新建一个文件 CentOS-Base.repo；

vim /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo

• 复制以下内容并保存；

• 导入 Key。

64位: rpm --import http://ftp.sjtu.edu.cn/centos/5.4/os/x86_64/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-5
32位: rpm --import http://ftp.sjtu.edu.cn/centos/5.4/os/i386/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-5

• 执行 yum makecache。可使用 yum list 查看。

现在可以享受免费的 RHEL 啦。注意 yum update 会将系统更新成 CentOS。
